Job summary

Delta is seeking an experienced professional for product support and product management in the automation field, focusing on PLC, HMI, SCADA and field devices. You will solve customer questions via a ticket system and provide on-site technical support, including metering and network debugging, while preparing training materials and maintaining technical documentation.

The role requires a Master's or Technical degree in Industrial Automation or related field and at least 3 years of hands-on

Qualifications

• Master's degree or Technical Degree in Industrial Automation, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Motion Control, PLC, Servo, Drive, or Industrial Automation products, such as Siemens, Omron, Mitsubishi, Beckhoff, or equivalent brands.
• Strong hands-on experience with industrial communication protocols, network configuration, troubleshooting, and system integration, such as Modbus, CANopen, EtherCAT, EtherNet/IP, PROFINET, OPC UA, and MQTT.
• Strong hands-on experience with industrial field devices, instrumentation, sensor integration, commissioning, and troubleshooting, such as encoders, vision systems, temperature controllers, power meters, and other industrial sensors.
• Proven experience in commissioning, diagnosing, and troubleshooting issues in multi-vendor automation environments.
• Experience in cross-functional coordination between R&D, sales, customers, and service teams.
• Fluent English communication skills are required. Proficiency in additional European languages is considered an advantage.
