Job summary

Suited is seeking a Senior Oracle ExaCC Implementation Expert / Lead Engineer to design, validate, implement, and operationalize a new Exadata Cloud@Customer platform. The role combines hands-on engineering with senior technical guidance to ensure secure, reliable, and scalable deployment from the start.

You will drive end-to-end ExaCC initiatives, review architecture, define governance, and mentor the team in a DevOps-friendly, hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on ExaCC implementation experience (setup, configuration, validation, handover).
• Proven expertise in Exadata environments and OCI.
• Security design focus including TDE/OKV knowledge is essential.
• Ability to review architecture, challenge decisions, and mentor teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ExaCC implementations in a greenfield setup.
• Review and validate architecture, security controls, and operational decisions.
• Define target architecture, standards, and governance for ExaCC platform.
• Hands-on engineering of secure databases and encryption components.
• Build and automate infrastructure with Ansible, Python, Git, and Azure DevOps.
• Develop automation scripts and CI/CD pipelines for ExaCC.
• Migrate and onboard databases to ExaCC; ensure reliability and DR.
• Collaborate with security, compliance, and operations teams.
