Job summary

A financial institution based in Amsterdam is looking for a Manager for Business Risk Management. This role involves negotiating derivatives documentation, enforcing compliance requirements, and conducting KYC assessments. The ideal candidate will hold a Master's degree in Law and have 5-10 years of relevant experience, particularly in negotiating ISDA agreements. Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in negotiating derivatives documentation.
• Knowledge of EMIR/MiFID is a must.
• Relevant work experience in a reputable international law firm.

Responsibilities

• Negotiating derivatives documentation with counterparties.
• Collaborating with different teams in Front Office, Risk, Legal, and Compliance.
• Performing KYC / Due Diligence risk assessments for onboarding of new counterparties.

Skills

Expert knowledge of ISDA related negotiation

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to articulate legal opinions

Solid organizational skills

Education

Master’s degree in Law
