Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior Operational Excellence professional to improve processes, analyze data, and lead AI-enabled efficiency initiatives within validated environments. You will manage cross-functional projects, translate needs into actionable requirements, and drive adoption through practical rollouts.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years in Operational Excellence / Process Improvement / Operations.
• Experience in validated environments and CSV activities for GxP systems.
• Comfortable working with AI tools in a professional context.
• Strong capability in process analysis, continuous improvement methods, and data-driven decision making.
• Experience with project/process management tools; Smartsheet a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong writing skills and high-quality documentation.

• Creates and supports maintaining high-quality process documentation.
• Develops training materials and delivers/coordinates training to ensure process changes are adopted.

Requirements

• Proven experience operating in validated environments and executing/participating in CSV activities for GxP-touching systems
• Comfortable working with AI tools in a professional context
• Strong capability in process analysis, continuous improvement methods, and data-driven decision making
• Experience with project/process management tools; Smartsheet a plus
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong writing skills and a high bar for documentation quality
• Highly preferred: work experience in life sciences and/or highly regulated environments

Demonstrates expertise in Operational Excellence and Process Improvement, with a strong focus on data-driven decision making and the implementation of AI tools to enhance operational efficiency. Proven ability to manage projects, engage stakeholders, and ensure compliance in validated environments.
