NTS Hengelo is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer (NPI) to join the NPI team on site in Hengelo. You will translate complex customer specs into a robust production approach, set up high-tech machining processes, and prepare essential production documentation.

You’ll analyze process data and drive improvements while partnering with operators and project teams to ensure stable, quality series production. You will serve as the technical contact in NPI projects, contributing to manufacturability,

Translating complex customer specifications into a technically manageable production approach.
Setting up and optimizing production processes within high-tech machining.
Preparing production-related documents, such as drawings and work instructions.
Analyzing process data (SPC, CPK, machine performance) and initiating structural improvements.
Working intensively with operators and production to continually improve manufacturability and process stability.
Being the technical contact within NPI projects and co-responsible for predictable and quality-stable series production.
