Job summary

OpenUp is building a holistic mental well-being platform with a hybrid work model. You will be a full stack developer contributing to architecture, mentoring colleagues, and collaborating with third parties to scale our digital health platform.

You will work in a diverse, international team and help deliver practical mental health solutions through our digital platform, including 1:1 check-ins, courses, and mindfulness tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a similar education.
• 5+ years experience working with backend APIs on .NET.
• 2+ years experience with React/Angular/Vue.
• Experience with DevOps.
• Tailwind, Shadcn and Storybook experience is a plus.
• Strong mentoring and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of design patterns and testing (unit/integration/E2E).

Responsibilities

• Mentor other team members and contribute to architectural decisions.
• Assist tech lead with hiring and collaborate with third parties.
• Develop and maintain the OpenUp mental health platform with the team.

About the role

As a full stack software developer at OpenUp you will be a key member of our tech and product team. Besides writing clean and practical code you will also mentor other team members, make key architectural decisions, assist our tech lead with hiring, collaborate with 3rd parties and most importantly work together with the team to develop our mental health platform.

• You are an experienced software developer with a strong track record in contributing to innovative projects.
• You have a bachelor's degree in computer science or a similar education.
• You have 5+ years experience working with backend APIs on .Net
• You have 2+ years experience working with React /Angular/Vue.
• You have experience with devops.
• Experience with Tailwind/shadcn and Storybook is a plus.
• You communicate well and enjoy mentoring more junior colleagues.
• You like to come up with creative yet pragmatic solutions to complex problems.
• You get positive energy from the dynamics of a scale-up environment.
• You have knowledge of application design, architecture and common design patterns.
• You have knowledge of unit/integration/E2E testing.
