Job summary

NCC Group is seeking a Senior MXDR Engineer who can balance deep technical work with clear, proactive communication. You will deploy and maintain MXDR solutions, assess client needs, and coordinate with stakeholders to raise security resilience across environments.

You’ll be the go-to expert for the SOC on logs and alerts, troubleshoot issues, and support cross-functional teams in a global organization. Proficiency in English is required, and experience with SIEM/EDR tools such as Microsoft

Qualifications

• Strong technical foundation in MXDR + customer-facing consultancy.
• Experience with SIEM and EDR tools.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Deploy and maintain MXDR solutions for clients.
• Assess customer needs and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Provide technical guidance to SOC on logs and alerts.
• Troubleshoot issues (e.g., CPU spikes on CrowdStrike agents).
• Engage with clients in-person and digitally.
