• Drive pursuit and bid leadership from qualification to proposal delivery.
• Own end-to-end complex program delivery from signature to benefits realization.
• Apply deep Dutch mortgage expertise across the full lifecycle.
• Orchestrate a complex third-party ecosystem across Cognizant and partners.
• Own program financials including baseline, forecast, and governance.
• Build an inclusive, high-performing leadership team.
