Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Functional Consultant for our Mortgage Platform in Amsterdam, NL. You will lead platform-based transformation initiatives in banking, collaborating with vendors, clients, and internal teams to deliver robust solutions onsite.

With 8–12+ years of banking platform experience, you will guide requirements, drive gap-fit analysis, and ensure successful UAT coordination while maintaining regulatory compliance and knowledge management processes.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of platform implementation experience in banking domains.
• Expertise in Dutch mortgage processes and platforms.
• Strong PLW facilitation and requirement configuration within platforms.
• Ability to influence stakeholders on solution design and implementation strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional consulting for mortgage transformation projects across banking domains.
• Conduct Process-Led Workshops (PLW) with clients and vendors to define requirements and solutions.
• Configure requirements within platforms and ensure fulfillment at a granular level.
• Review BRDs, functional specifications, and interface design documents to support solutions.
