Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years as QA Engineer in Mobile Games.
• Strong problem-solving and end-to-end ownership of tasks.
• Reliable self-starter and team player.
• Passion for mobile games and user perspective.
• Experience with testing tools and methodologies for mobile games.
• Clear communication with stakeholders.
• Familiarity with F2P game design and release management is a plus.
• Fluent English in speaking and writing.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive manual testing of mobile games to identify defects and own the QA process.
• Create processes and tools to improve overall game quality.
• Monitor KPIs of live games and propose improvement strategies.
• Coordinate with design and development teams, understand game mechanics and provide feedback.
• Design test plans for new features and releases.
• Prioritize and execute testing tasks across development stages with timeline alignment.
• Foster open feedback culture and collaborate with team members.
• Work with central tech teams on quality initiatives.
