Job summary

4PS in Ede, Netherlands, seeks a Senior Mobile Apps Developer to design, build and improve mobile apps for Android and iOS, leading architecture decisions and collaborating with product, UX/UI and other developers.

You’ll own features end-to-end, ensure high performance and security, contribute to CI/CD, mentoring juniors, and drive quality. You’ll work in a Scrum team with flexible hours and remote options, enjoying a great workplace and growth opportunities within the Hilti Group ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development experience with mobile focus.
• Strong experience with .NET (Core / 6+).
• Experience with MAUI or Xamarin for mobile apps.
• Proven mobile app development for Android and/or iOS.
• REST API back-end experience (ASP.NET Core).
• Strong understanding of software design principles (SOLID, DRY, Clean Code).
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Ownership mindset and ability to mentor others.

Responsibilities

• Define and safeguard the technical architecture of mobile applications.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable mobile solutions.
• Make well-founded framework and tooling choices.
• Take end-to-end ownership of complex features.
• Integrate APIs and external services.
• Ensure code quality, performance, security, and maintainability.
• Set up and improve CI/CD processes and automation.
• Coach and mentor junior developers.
• Act as technical point of contact for stakeholders.
• Identify risks and propose solutions.
