Job summary

4PS, part of the Hilti Group, is seeking a Senior Mobile Apps Developer to design, build and improve mobile apps for Android and iOS. You’ll lead technical decisions within a Scrum team, ensuring scalability, performance and security while collaborating with product, UX/UI and other stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of mobile development experience.
• Strong proficiency in .NET Core / .NET 6+.
• Experience with ASP.NET Core REST APIs and backend services.
• Experience with .NET MAUI or Xamarin for mobile apps.
• Proven track record in Android and/or iOS development.
• Git proficiency and code review practices.

Responsibilities

• Define and safeguard the mobile app architecture.
• Develop and maintain scalable mobile solutions.
• Choose frameworks, tooling and tech wisely.
• Own end-to-end features and projects.
• Integrate APIs and external services.
• Ensure quality, security, and maintainability of code.
• Set up and improve CI/CD processes.
• Mentor junior/mid developers and coach team members.
• Act as technical point of contact for stakeholders.
• Identify risks and propose mitigations.
