Job summary

Jobgether, partnering with a client in the Netherlands, seeks a Senior ML Solutions Architect to lead serverless LLM deployments and bespoke AI solutions across multimodal models. You will guide customers from PoC to production, optimize inference, and tune models with a focus on reliability and cost efficiency.

Remote across Europe, you will work with cross-functional teams to translate needs into scalable AI architectures and platform improvements.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience delivering ML/AI systems with focus on LLMs and generative AI.
• Strong practical experience with deploying and operating inference workloads at scale.
• Proficient in fine-tuning (SFT/LoRA) and data preparation for production.
• Experience building evaluation pipelines and RL-based fine-tuning is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Optimize LLM inference workflows across modalities to meet customer requirements.
• Design and implement LLM-powered solutions using serverless services and open-source models.
• Provide guidance on prompt engineering, RAG architectures, and deployment strategies.
• Assist customers through transition from PoC to production focusing on performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to address platform gaps and roadmap.
