Jobgether is partnering with a company in the Netherlands to hire a Senior ML Engineer (Agentic Search). You will design, train, and deploy models powering retrieval, ranking, and indexing at scale, while solving challenges in search relevance and large-scale data processing.

Formación

• 5+ years of software engineering or applied ML experience.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Go, or C++.
• Experience deploying ML models in production environments.
• Experience with retrieval, ranking, or related ML applications.

Responsabilidades

• Design, train, deploy, and maintain ML models for retrieval, reranking, and search relevance.
• Build embedding-based indexing and large-scale information retrieval systems.
• Develop ML models for web crawling, data selection, and content understanding.
• Define quality metrics and robust evaluation pipelines for agent-native search.
• Work on high-throughput systems and production traffic.
• Collaborate to integrate ML models into production services and infra.
• Balance latency, quality, scalability, and cost.
• Research and apply state-of-the-art search and ML techniques.
• Contribute to product strategy and architectural decisions.
• Continuously improve model performance and reliability.
