Job summary

Jobgether SRL, on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Lead AI Systems Architect (Data-Centric AI & Multimodal) based in the Netherlands to design and scale advanced AI systems transforming unstructured social media content into structured data products.

You will lead multimodal pipelines, apply computer vision and speech-to-text techniques, and guide the architectural direction while mentoring junior engineers in building robust, scalable AI infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in applied AI, NLP, or computer vision.
• Experience designing multimodal pipelines integrating vision, speech, and text models.
• Proficiency in Python and DL frameworks (PyTorch/TF).
• Experience with production LLM orchestration and structured output tools (DSPy, Instructor, Pydantic, LangChain).
• Hands-on experience fine-tuning and serving open-source models (vLLM, TGI, similar engines).
• Experience with vector databases (Qdrant, pgvector, Pinecone) and retrieval-augmented generation at scale.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design, implementation, and optimization of AI-powered data processing systems.
• Develop automated ingestion pipelines for multimodal data (vision, speech, text).
• Lead cost management by moving workloads to fine-tuned open-source models.
• Implement data-centric labeling and quality assurance frameworks.
• Define architectural roadmaps and mentor junior developers.
• Support scalable data infrastructure and retrieval systems.
