Partner Company in the Netherlands seeks a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer / Technical Lead to enhance Dynamics 365 Sales-focused solutions and guide architectural decisions. You will work with a small team to deliver new features, support integrations, and ensure reliable, well-structured releases in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Five+ years hands-on experience developing, customizing, and enhancing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 Sales and ability to work independently on an established CRM platform.

• Good interpersonal skills and upper-intermediate English or higher.

Are you an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM professional looking for an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on an established business platform? In this role, you will help enhance and evolve an existing CRM solution, primarily focused on Dynamics 365 Sales, while supporting integrations with external business and marketing systems. You will work closely with a small, collaborative development team to deliver new features, optimize functionality, and ensure reliable, well-structured releases. Accountabilities

• Develop and enhance CRM solutions: Design, develop, customize, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions, with a primary focus on Dynamics 365 Sales.

• Deliver new functionality: Translate business requirements into effective CRM features, improvements, and customizations that support operational needs and business objectives.

• Maintain and optimize the existing platform: Quickly understand the current CRM architecture, configuration, and development workflows to deliver improvements efficiently and reliably.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues: Investigate technical problems, identify root causes, implement fixes, and support the stability and performance of the CRM platform.

• Support system integrations: Contribute to the integration of Dynamics 365 CRM with external business applications, marketing platforms, and other connected systems.

• Participate in Agile delivery: Collaborate with the development team during sprint planning, implementation, testing, and scheduled releases, ensuring that deliverables meet agreed requirements and quality standards.

Requirements

• Professional experience: At least five years of hands-on experience developing, customizing, and enhancing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM or Customer Engagement solutions.

• Dynamics 365 Sales expertise: Strong practical knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and the ability to work independently on an established CRM platform.

• Independent delivery: Proven ability to understand existing systems quickly, translate business requirements into technical solutions, and deliver new functionality and improvements with minimal supervision.

• Agile development experience: Experience working in sprint-based development environments, participating in planning and testing activities, and delivering changes through structured release processes.

• Technical troubleshooting: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate complex issues and implement effective, maintainable solutions.

• Communication and collaboration: Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively within a small development team. Upper-intermediate English proficiency or higher is required.

• Technical leadership experience, where applicable: At least two years of experience in a technical leadership role, including technical ownership, code reviews, developer mentoring, and the ability to balance leadership responsibilities with hands-on development.

• Additional technical knowledge considered an advantage:

  • Microsoft Dataverse and its underlying data platform capabilities.

  • C#/.NET development, including Dynamics 365 plugins.

  • JavaScript customization within Dynamics 365.
