Job summary

TU Delft is seeking a Senior Microsoft 365 Engineer to design, manage and automate our Microsoft 365 environment, focusing on Entra ID, hybrid identity and security. You will influence the technical roadmap and work with architects to plan future developments.

You will join the Identity Access Management and Directory Services team, collaborating with cloud, security and networking specialists to continuously improve the platform and share knowledge across the department.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with extensive Microsoft 365 in a complex enterprise environment.
• In-depth knowledge of Entra ID, Active Directory, hybrid identity, Entra Connect, SSO, MFA, RBAC and identity provisioning.
• Experience with PowerShell and automating management in Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes (incident, change, release management).

Responsibilities

• Design, manage, automate and further develop the Microsoft 365 environment with focus on security and reliability.
• Contribute to the technical roadmap and advise architects and product owners on future developments.
• Collaborate with cloud, security, networking and enterprise architecture teams to improve the Microsoft platform.
