Creative Clicks is building a dedicated Media Buying team in Vilnius. As a Senior Media Buyer focusing on Meta, you will own strategy, budget allocation, and daily optimization for multiple verticals, collaborating with international performance, creative, and BI teams to launch, test, and scale high-performing campaigns.

Competenze

• 2–4+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads in a performance-driven environment.
• Proven ability to manage and scale paid social budgets profitably.
• Strong understanding of direct-response funnels (lead gen, app installs, e-commerce, or similar).
• Experience analyzing performance beyond surface metrics (CPA, ROAS, LTV, retention).
• Comfortable working with data, dashboards, and attribution tools.

Mansioni

• Build, manage, and scale Meta (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns across multiple products and verticals.
• Own campaign structure, audience strategy, bidding, budgeting, and scaling decisions.
• Optimize toward CPA, ROAS, conversion rate, and profitability.
• Launch and analyze A/B tests across creatives, audiences, formats, and landing pages.
• Monitor performance daily and make fast, data-driven optimizations.
• Work closely with creative, BI, and product teams to improve full-funnel performance.
• Analyze user behavior and performance data to identify new growth opportunities.
• Maintain compliance with Meta policies and internal quality standards.
• Contribute to building best practices and playbooks as the Vilnius team grows.
