Creative Clicks is building a dedicated Media Buying team in Vilnius focused on Meta campaigns. As a Senior Media Buyer you’ll own strategy, budgeting, and daily optimization across multiple products and verticals, collaborating with international teams to test, launch, and scale high-performing campaigns.

You’ll work with data-driven decision making, optimize to CPA and ROAS, and help scale profitable growth while complying with Meta policies. Strong English communication is essential.

Competenze

• 2–4+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads in a performance-driven environment.
• Proven ability to manage and scale paid social budgets profitably.
• Strong understanding of direct-response funnels (lead gen, app installs, e-commerce, or similar).
• Experience analyzing performance beyond surface metrics (CPA, ROAS, LTV, retention).
• Comfortable working with data, dashboards, and attribution tools.

• Build, manage, and scale Meta (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns across multiple products and verticals.
• Own campaign structure, audience strategy, bidding, budgeting, and scaling decisions.
• Optimize toward CPA, ROAS, conversion rate, and profitability.
• Launch and analyze A/B tests across creatives, audiences, formats, and landing pages.
• Monitor performance daily and make fast, data-driven optimizations.
• Work closely with creative, BI, and product teams to improve full-funnel performance.
• Analyze user behavior and performance data to identify new growth opportunities.
• Maintain compliance with Meta policies and internal quality standards.
• Contribute to building best practices and playbooks as the Vilnius team grows.
