Job summary

Talent.com is seeking a Senior Mendix Developer to lead enterprise-scale Mendix applications, modernization, and integration efforts in Amsterdam. You will design domain models, implement microflows and nanoflows, and ensure secure, scalable solutions across the lifecycle.

You will collaborate with architects, developers, and business stakeholders, applying Agile/Scrum practices, embracing AI enablement, and driving platform upgrades and API integrations with REST and SOAP.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience in application development, with Mendix expertise.
• Strong hands-on Mendix experience, especially Mendix 10/11.
• Expertise in domain modeling and application architecture.
• Experience with Microflows and Nanoflows.
• Experience developing and consuming REST and SOAP APIs.
• Familiarity with Mendix SDK for customization.

As a Senior Mendix Developer, you will:

• Develop, modernize, maintain, and enhance enterprise applications using the Mendix low-code platform.
• Design and implement scalable applications using Mendix 10/11.
• Create and maintain domain models, microflows, and nanoflows based on business and technical requirements.
• Develop and manage REST and SOAP integrations with internal and external systems.
• Utilize the Mendix SDK to extend platform capabilities and support advanced development requirements.
• Contribute to application modernization and migration initiatives.
• Participate in AI enablement and automation initiatives to improve application capabilities and business processes.
• Implement and maintain security and access management across Mendix applications.
• Support platform upgrades, enhancements, releases, and application lifecycle activities.
• Analyze technical issues and provide effective solutions for application defects and performance concerns.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues while ensuring application stability and availability.
• Follow Agile/Scrum practices throughout application development, testing, deployment, and support.
