Job summary

Advance in IT Ltd in Rotterdam is seeking a Senior Mendix Developer to help build a sustainability platform that tracks carbon, ESG disclosure, and supply chain across industries. The role is hybrid with 32–40 hours per week and English (C1+) required. No Dutch visa sponsorship.

You will work on modular Mendix modules, demo to enterprise clients, and help shape AI integration into the platform as the team grows.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Mendix development experience.
• Mendix Advanced certification (Expert preferred).
• Ability to take a leading role in customer projects and internal initiatives.
• C1+ English — Dutch not required.
• Eligible to work in the Netherlands.
• Available to work at least 32 hours per week.
• Interest in sustainability.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a modular, multi-app sustainability platform.
• Deliver customer-facing implementations across carbon management and ESG disclosure.
• Lead development of platform templates and custom applications.
• Integrate AI capabilities into Mendix solutions.
• Demo the platform to prospective and existing customers.
