Job summary

SiTime Corp. in the Netherlands is seeking a Senior MEMS Characterization and Metrology Engineer to design and deploy MEMS test systems for engineering characterization and manufacturing testing of SiTime MEMS resonators.

You will explore novel test methodologies, perform hands-on hardware development, and build software for test automation, calibration, and data analysis to ensure high throughput and reliability across production environments.

Qualifications

• MS in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Physics required; PhD preferred.
• Proven track record of driving technical projects with aggressive schedules in cross-functional teams.
• Hands-on experience with analog electronics, board-level design and debug, RF device characterization.

Responsibilities

• Exploration and prototyping novel test methodologies for high-precision timing parameter measurements.
• Hands-on hardware development and system validation of custom MEMS test systems for engineering and mass production.
• Development of software for test execution and automation, data acquisition, system calibration, and data analysis required for high-precision timing devices.
• Documentation of MEMS test system architecture, design, software, etc.
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams for system qualification and release-to-production.
• Optimization of system performance focusing on throughput, precision, and reliability.
• Drive and/or support projects and other company-driven objectives, as needed
