A leading tech firm in the health sector is seeking an experienced Mechatronic Systems Engineer to join their multidisciplinary R&D team in Delft. In this role, you will design and document systems for mechatronic applications, collaborate with internal and external experts, and oversee the technical aspects of product development. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in systems engineering with at least 8-10 years of relevant experience. Excellent communication skills and a willingness to coach fellow engineers are essential.
Qualifications
At least 8-10 years of relevant work experience as a systems engineer in a multidisciplinary environment.
Ability to work independently and take on a lot of responsibility.
Enjoys coaching other engineers.
Responsibilities
Design, define, and document systems for various mechatronic systems.
Monitor technical risks and design progress of work packages.
Support other engineers in your team in a coaching role.
Ensure all requirements are met during verification tests.
