Job summary

Sisk seeks an MEP Lead to lead the mechanical delivery on large-scale projects in Belgium and Switzerland, reporting to the MEP Lead and collaborating with Project Directors and Engineering Management. You will oversee design, installation, testing and commissioning of mechanical systems, driving safety, quality and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong technical expertise in mechanical systems including HVAC, utilities and process installations.
• Proven leadership delivering mechanical works on large, complex projects.
• Excellent organisational, planning and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and team leadership across disciplines.
• Strong understanding of health, safety and environmental standards.
• Familiarity with commissioning, validation and system turnover in regulated sectors.

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical function and oversee delivery of HVAC, utilities, piping and specialist systems.
• Ensure delivery aligns with programme, cost, safety and quality requirements.
• Provide technical leadership to engineers, supervisors and subcontractors.
• Develop strategies for execution planning, resource allocation and performance management.
• Review and approve design documents, submittals and material selections.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with GMP, ISO, ASHRAE, CIBSE.
• Oversee FATs, MEP construction, SATs, commissioning and turnover.
• Support validation and handover activities with accurate documentation.
• Drive health, safety and environmental policy adherence.
• Implement QA/QC processes.
• Identify and mitigate technical/delivery risks.
• Promote continuous improvement and safety leadership.
• Coordinate with electrical, process, civil and architectural teams.
• Lead mechanical coordination meetings and report progress to leadership.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders to align outcomes.
