Job summary

HallTech B.V. is looking for a Senior Mechanical Engineer based in Eindhoven. You will take ownership of the mechanical design for our deposition platform, focusing on vacuum chamber architecture and hardware interfaces. Ideal candidates will have an MSc in mechanical engineering and 5 to 10 years of hands-on experience in mechanical design, especially related to semiconductor equipment. Qualifications

• 5 to 10 years of hands-on mechanical design experience.
• Experience designing deep vacuum systems and thin-film deposition tools.
• Ability to work on hard engineering problems under real constraints.

Responsibilities

• Own the mechanical design of the deposition platform.
• Design source mechanical integration and thermal interfaces.
• Lead chamber design for custom configurations and serviceability.
• Drive component selection and supplier relationships.

Skills

Mechanical design experience

Proficiency in CAD (SolidWorks or similar)

Experience in semiconductor equipment

Understanding of materials behavior

Hands-on experience with real hardware

Education

MSc in mechanical engineering or related field
