Naaktgeboren in the Netherlands is seeking a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer to develop and advance Vacu-Press machines in SolidWorks. You will translate customer questions into buildable, compliant solutions for international projects.

Requirements include a Bachelor's or Master's in mechanical engineering, around 10 years in R&D or machine building, and at least 5 years with SolidWorks; FEM analysis knowledge and PED/Ex/ADR directive experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
• Approximately 10 years of experience in R&D, machine building or product development.
• At least 5 years of SolidWorks experience; FEM analysis knowledge beneficial.

Responsabilités

• Design and engineer Vacu-Press machines in SolidWorks.
• Create 3D models, assemblies and production drawings.
• Run FEM analyses to support structural designs.
• Design and integrate hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical systems.
• Develop bespoke technical solutions for international customers.
• Test designs against PED, Ex and ADR and other standards.
• Collaborate with production, service and suppliers to ensure buildability.
• Initiate technical improvements and innovations.
