Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end architecture for MDM solutions using Informatica IDMC.
• Develop and implement MDM strategies aligned with enterprise data governance.
• Design and oversee integration of MDM with upstream/downstream systems.
• Define data models and governance frameworks for master data domains.
• Work closely with business teams and IT stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Implement security standards and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Mentor development teams and enforce best practices.

Job description

Work location: Belgium, Germany & Netherlands (Should be willing to travel to the Amsterdam client office for 2 days every week)

Key Responsibilities

• Solution Design & Architecture: Define end-to-end architecture for MDM solutions leveraging Informatica IDMC, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
• MDM Strategy & Roadmap: Develop and implement MDM strategies aligned with enterprise data governance and business objectives.
• Integration Expertise: Design and oversee integration of MDM with upstream/downstream systems using IDMC services (Data Integration, API Management, etc.).
• Data Modelling & Governance: Define data models, hierarchies, and governance frameworks for master data domains (Customer, Product, Vendor, etc.).
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business teams, data stewards, and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Security & Compliance: Implement security standards, role-based access, and compliance with regulatory requirements (GDPR, etc.).
• Technical Leadership: Mentor development teams, review code/configurations, and enforce best practices for IDMC and MDM implementations.
• Innovation & Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on Informatica IDMC capabilities and recommend enhancements to improve data management maturity.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8+ years in Data Management with at least 5 years hands‑on in Informatica MDM and 3+ years in IDMC services – C360, B360, CDI, CAI
• Strong knowledge of data governance, data modelling, and metadata management.
• Expertise in API-based, Realtime and batch integrations using CDI & CAI
• Experience in cloud platforms- Azure is a plus.
