Job summary

Measure.Monks is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead marketing effectiveness projects, balancing data science with business strategy. You will drive MMM engagements, transform complex outputs into compelling narratives, and present actionable recommendations to clients across industries.

You’ll mentor junior teammates, collaborate with Directors, and continually improve internal tools while exploring new business opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Market Mix Modelling (MMM) and marketing analytics.
• Ability to explain econometric concepts to diverse audiences.
• Experience mentoring junior team members.
• Strong academic foundation in econometrics/economics/mathematics with econometrics focus.
• Entrepreneurial attitude with drive to grow the team.
• Hands-on experience with R, Python, or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead MMM projects for a portfolio of clients across industries.
• Translate statistical outputs into clear data stories for clients.
• Present insights and drive data-driven recommendations.
• Mentor one or two consultants or analysts.
• Collaborate with Directors to deliver high-quality work and strategy.
• Improve internal tools and processes to enable growth.
• Support broader business initiatives and revenue growth.
