Job summary

OnLogic Inc. in the Netherlands seeks a seasoned production/manufacturing engineer to join the Operations team in Oosterhout. You will prevent downtime, validate new products for production, improve manufacturability, and develop tools and processes to scale our industrial computers.

You will work cross‑functionally to drive root cause analysis, document procedures, and support manufacturing and repair efforts, with a hands‑on approach and occasional off‑hour work.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a production/processing/manufacturing engineer.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, fabrication methods and test design.
• Experience with troubleshooting in Linux and Windows environments.
• Software development experience including full stack web development, Javascript, SQL, Linux Terminal, and ability to learn new languages.
• Drive efficiency through root cause analysis for production issues.
• Project management to prioritize and execute multiple projects.
• Collaborate with all levels and functions, internal and external.
• Occasional off production hours work.
• Degree in Computer Engineering or Industrial Engineering or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Preventing operations downtime and responding to escalations to enable quick production restarts, with root cause analysis.
• Validating new product readiness for production.
• Improving production and test processes for manufacturability.
• Creating process documentation, training, and operating instructions.
• Implementing test automation tasks and developing new processes and tools.
• Providing support to keep operations running, including assembling, testing, and repairing returns.
• Managing customer escalations related to production quality issues.
• Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver continuous improvements in product quality and efficiency.
