Job summary

Marktlink Transaction Services is seeking an experienced Transaction Services specialist to join our entrepreneurial team in Amsterdam/Rotterdam. You will drive financial due diligence projects, support buy- and sell-side mandates, and help create value throughout the transaction process.

You will source opportunities, lead analyses, and collaborate with the TS team to deliver high-quality advisory. The role combines growth potential with a hands-on, commercial mindset in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• A master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or similar.
• Prior demonstrable FDD experience as a Senior Associate or Manager.
• 4–6 years’ experience in Transaction Advisory Services.
• Strong analytical and communication skills in Dutch and English.
• Entrepreneurial and commercial mindset.
• Proficient in MS Office (incl. first class skills in Excel and PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and financial due diligence investigations and advisory processes (together with TS team).
• Directly contribute to new business pipelines and generating business.
• First point of contact for all stakeholders throughout the financial due diligence process.
• Advise on key drivers and valuation considerations that drive a transaction.
