Marktlink is looking for an experienced Transaction Services specialist in 's-Hertogenbosch. You will conduct financial due diligence investigations, drive business pipelines, and advise on key transaction drivers. The ideal candidate has a master's degree in Finance, 4-6 years of experience in Transaction Advisory, and fluency in Dutch. Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in mid-market Transaction Advisory Services.
• Fluency in Dutch and excellent communication skills in English.
• Prior experience in Financial Due Diligence as a Senior Associate or Manager.

Responsibilities

• Conduct financial due diligence investigations and advisory processes.
• Drive new business pipelines and generate business.
• Serve as the first point of contact during the financial due diligence process.
• Contribute to project reporting to the Managing Partner.
• Advise on key drivers and valuation considerations in transactions.
