Job summary

Marktlink Transaction Services is expanding and seeks an experienced professional to drive financial due diligence across deals. You will add value throughout the transaction process, working closely with the TS team and clients, and developing leadership potential within the Marktlink Group.

The role offers exposure to a broad range of M&A projects, a growth-oriented environment, and the chance to shape the future of our Transaction Services team in Europe.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or similar.
• 4–6 years' experience in Transaction Advisory Services.
• Fluency in Dutch and English.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Source and perform financial due diligence investigations and advisory processes with the TS team.
• Contribute to new business pipelines and generate business.
• Serve as the first point of contact for stakeholders throughout the due diligence process.
• Advise on drivers and valuation considerations that influence a transaction.
