Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for carrying out financial due diligence investigations and advisory processes (together with your team).
• You are driving new business pipelines and generating business.
• You are the first point of contact throughout the financial due diligence process.
• You contribute to projects reporting directly to the Managing Partner.
• You are advising on the key drivers and valuation considerations that drive a transaction.

Your profile

• A master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or similar.
• Prior demonstrable FDD experience as an Senior Associate or Manager.
• You bring 4‑6 years’ experience in mid‑market Transaction Advisory Services.
• Exceptional client management and multitasking abilities.
• Strong analytical and communication skills in both Dutch and English.
• An entrepreneurial and commercial mindset.
• Proficient in MS Office (incl. first class skills in Excel, PowerBI and PowerPoint).
• Self‑starter with a proactive approach to acquiring skills and getting the job completed.
• Strong project and time management skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities.
• Curiosity with an enthusiasm for learning and sharing knowledge.
• A can‑do attitude and no nonsense approach.
• For this role fluency in Dutch is mandatory.
