You will be responsible for financial due diligence investigations and will play a crucial role in driving new business and advising on transaction processes. The ideal candidate has a master's degree in Finance or a related field, along with 4-6 years of experience in Transaction Advisory Services. Formación

• 4-6 years of experience in mid-market Transaction Advisory Services.
• Prior demonstrable financial due diligence experience as a Senior Associate or Manager.
• Strong analytical and communication skills in both Dutch and English.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out financial due diligence investigations and advisory processes.
• Drive new business pipelines and generate business.
• Act as the first point of contact throughout the financial due diligence process.
• Contribute to projects reporting directly to the Managing Partner.
