Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Enterprise Service Management and ServiceNow initiatives within the Global Business Services Transformation Consulting team. You will drive ServiceNow-enabled programs that modernize enterprise services, improve governance, and deliver measurable value across HR, Finance, Procurement, and other functions.

You will manage strategy-to-delivery across multiple workstreams, mentor teams, and build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders while expanding

Qualifications

• Typically 8+ years of relevant consulting, transformation or enterprise platform experience.
• Strong understanding of ESM, Service Excellence, and ServiceNow-enabled transformation in a GBS context.

Responsibilities

• Lead ESM and ServiceNow transformation engagements from strategy and roadmap through design, implementation, adoption and value realization.
• Advise senior stakeholders on how ServiceNow can enable service transformation across functions (HR, Finance, Procurement, etc.).
• Advise on ESM operating models, service portfolios and catalogues, case management, knowledge management, workflow orchestration and omnichannel service experiences.
