About the Role

We’re seeking a Manager ServiceNow to serve as a bridge between business and technical stakeholders, creating greater value for clients and EY. This role focuses on delivering innovative solutions, leading offshore implementation teams, and eventually progressing toward platform ownership or practice leadership.

Responsibilities

• Translating business requirements into (custom) technical designs
• Leading offshore implementation teams
• Ensuring solutions are implemented according to design and meet business requirements
• Defining and promoting best practices in implementation and (agile) ways of working
• Mentoring junior team members and contributing to their development
• Collaborating with non‑technical disciplines to achieve optimal solutions (e.g., experience designers, risk & cyber consultants, operational teams)
• Advising clients on how technology can enhance efficiency, sustainability, and business success

Qualifications

• A completed bachelor’s or master’s degree
• At least 5 years of work experience, including a minimum of 3 years of hands‑on ServiceNow experience
• At least 2 ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications, preferably in risk or security operations
• Comfortable in client conversations, pre‑sales, communication, and leading technical teams
• Availability of at least 32 hours per week
