• Shaping and winning new business through pre-sales, proposals, client workshops and account development.
• Developing propositions around S/4HANA, Finance transformation and AI.
• Building relationships with senior clients and becoming a trusted transformation advisor.
• Helping to grow and shape the Netherlands practice, including recruitment, mentoring and developing our people.
• Working closely with colleagues across the global organisation and leveraging international expertise.

Senior Manager / Director – SAP S/4HANA Transformation | Netherlands

Are you an experienced SAP transformation leader looking for the opportunity to help build and shape a growing consulting practice, rather than simply deliver within one?

We’re working with a fast-growing global consultancy at an exciting stage of its expansion in the Netherlands, and we’re looking for a senior leader to join our SAP S/4HANA transformation business.

This is a high-impact, broad leadership role combining client delivery, solution leadership, pre-sales, business development and internal practice leadership.

The opportunity

You’ll work with some of the world’s leading organisations on complex SAP S/4HANA transformations, helping clients navigate business change, technology, data and AI.

You’ll have particular depth in Finance transformation / S/4HANA Finance. We’re looking for someone who can see the bigger picture and help clients connect SAP transformation to their wider business strategy.

Your role will include:

• Leading major S/4HANA transformation programmes and advising senior client stakeholders.

What we're looking for

We’re interested in experienced SAP and transformation leaders operating at Senior Manager, Director, Programme Director, Lead Architect or equivalent level.

Ideally, you'll bring:

• Significant experience with SAP S/4HANA transformation.
• Strong Finance / S/4HANA Finance experience.
• Experience leading large or complex transformation programmes.
• A combination of delivery, solution leadership and commercial / pre-sales experience.
• The ability to engage credibly with C-suite and senior business stakeholders.
• Experience leading and developing high-performing consulting teams.
• A strong commercial mindset and genuine appetite to build something.
• An entrepreneurial, collaborative approach and the ability to operate effectively in a global organisation.
