Packsize, a fast-growing multinational technology company, seeks a Senior Logistic Engineer to optimize end-to-end logistics, manage ERP data, and drive supply chain efficiency within its international growth framework.

You will industrialize new products, align design with supply chain needs, and lead ERP master data transfers while collaborating with engineering to improve batch sizes, lead times, and inventory turnover in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain.
• Experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics and/or SAP).
• Strong MS Excel skills.
• Experience in manufacturing environments.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Fluent in Dutch (written and spoken).
• Nice to have background in product customization and supply chain integration.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and implement improvements in the logistics and supply chain processes.
• Develop and introduce new logistics processes and workflows.
• Optimize ERP systems, data structures, and data management practices.
• Lead projects related to the industrialization of new or updated products.
• Collaborate with engineering to influence product design for better supply chain efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvements in existing supply chain systems and operations.
• Define, implement, and transfer ERP master data to operational teams.
• Coordinate and manage product changes within operations.
• Support layout and process changes in both systems and physical factory environments.
• Conduct analyses and implement improvements related to batch sizes, lead times, and inventory turnover.
