Qualifications

• Current LPN/RN license preferred but not required.
• Experience leading or supervising healthcare staff preferred.
• Strong clinical competency and knowledge of nursing best practices.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, email).
• Excellent written and verbal communication, patient- and family-focused.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care and treatment per resident plans.
• Coordinate nursing services to achieve optimal resident outcomes.
• Document signs, symptoms, and responses to treatment accurately.
• Ensure infection prevention and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, coaching, and staff development.
• Coordinate with physicians, home health agencies, and families.
