Job summary

Prothya Biosolutions Netherlands B.V. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support end-to-end recruitment in the Netherlands, with occasional involvement in Belgium, within a regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.

You will collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team, hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and our MSP to ensure a compliant, high-quality recruitment process and grow into a trusted recruitment partner within a complex organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 2 years of recruitment/Talent Acquisition/HR experience.
• Interest in pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
• Experience with HR or recruitment systems (AFAS, SAP SuccessFactors).
• Basic knowledge of sourcing techniques (LinkedIn Boolean search) is a plus.
• Proactive, structured, and collaborative mindset.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Fluency in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Support the full recruitment lifecycle from intake to offer stage.
• Partner with hiring managers and MSP to manage open vacancies.
• Source and screen candidates via multiple channels including LinkedIn.
• Coordinate interviews and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Maintain recruitment administration and HR system reporting.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives and recruitment projects.
• Operate within a regulated (GxP) pharmaceutical environment.
