Qualifications

• Qualified lawyer admitted to practice in a European jurisdiction.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional legal experience.
• Experience drafting and negotiating commercial and project-based agreements.
• Experience in energy, renewables, or infrastructure projects.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage commercial agreements including EPC, supply, and service contracts.
• Provide legal support from sales negotiations to project delivery and after-sales services.
• Advise on contractual obligations, risks, and legal implications of business decisions.
• Manage relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners.
• Assist with product compliance and regulatory matters for energy storage projects.
• Support corporate initiatives and general corporate matters across Europe.
• Review and amend contracts to mitigate risk.
• Partner with business teams to develop practical legal solutions.
• Drive process improvements in the Legal function.
• Ensure activities comply with laws, policies and ethics.
