Amcor is seeking a Legal Counsel to lead and manage procurement-related legal matters within the Amcor Flexibles EMEA business group. You will serve as a key legal partner to the procurement function, supporting strategic projects, contract negotiations, regulatory advice, and dispute resolution.

The role also encompasses broader legal support, including drafting commercial agreements, handling litigation and claims, and advising on intellectual property, employment, and compliance matters.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified lawyer in an EU Member State with strong knowledge of EU law.
• Minimum 8 years of post-qualification experience in commercial and procurement law.
