Levy Global is recruiting a Senior Java Engineer to join a new squad building a global frontend delivery platform for a major Dutch bank. You will work on the platform behind WebComponents, migrating the frontend controller to Java and shipping features bi-weekly.

You will operate across the full development lifecycle, own incidents, contribute to architecture decisions, and collaborate with stakeholders. The stack includes Java 21+, Spring Boot, Kafka, Cassandra, Azure DevOps, Maven,

Qualifications

• Experience with Java 21+ in production environments.
• Strong knowledge of Spring Boot and modern Java stacks.
• Experience with microservices and distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Involved in the full development lifecycle from concept to production monitoring.
• Provide support and incident management for team products, including on-call rotation.
• Maintain and support existing products and goals; create and maintain risk documentation.
• Contribute to squad roadmaps and security practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-performance, scalable solutions.
