Job summary

Sourceful ICT, part of IG&H, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead delivery of complex technology projects, specifically coordinating central Procurement technology activities for the HBS (GBS) transition. You will align with the technology roadmap, manage access, licences, integrations, and data, and ensure timely, accountable delivery across multiple teams.

Strong planning, coordination and stakeholder-management skills.
Experience with global and local teams.
Ability to manage risks, dependencies, budgets and resources.
Clear and practical communication style.
Knowledge of JIRA, MS Teams, SharePoint and reporting tools.
Fluent English.

Responsibilities

Manage the central Procurement technology plan for HBS (GBS).
Coordinate activities across HBS (GBS), Procurement, central D&T, OpCo teams, and technology owners.
Identify central Procurement systems required for each transition.
Confirm whether existing systems can be used or changes are required.
Align technology deployments with the HBS (GBS) transition roadmap.
Ensure system access, licences, integrations, data, and support are ready.
Coordinate technology activities for discovery, knowledge transfer, testing, go-live, and stabilization.
Track deliverables, timelines, dependencies, risks, issues, decisions, and actions.
Ensure clear ownership across central teams, OpCos, and HBS (GBS).
Escalate blockers and unclear decisions early.
Provide simple and clear status reporting to stakeholders.
Coordinate the handover from the project to BAU support.
