Role description

We are seeking an experienced SAP Technical Project Manager to lead complex SAP technology transformation initiatives, with a strong focus on S/4HANA upgrades, migrations, and technical modernization projects. In this role, you will coordinate technical workstreams, manage stakeholders across business and IT functions, oversee project governance, and ensure successful delivery of SAP transformation projects from planning through go live.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP S/4HANA upgrade, migration, and transformation projects.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and delivery roadmaps.
• Coordinate technical workstreams across infrastructure, Basis, security, integrations, development, testing, and data migration.
• Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
• Work closely with internal teams, business stakeholders, SAP, and external implementation partners.
• Ensure alignment between technical activities and business objectives.
• Facilitate governance meetings and executive reporting.
• Monitor project progress and drive project delivery through all phases.
• Support deployment planning and go live activities.
• Promote collaboration and continuous improvement across project teams.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as an SAP Technical Project Manager.
• Strong SAP expertise with hands on understanding of SAP technologies.
• Proven experience delivering SAP S/4HANA upgrades, migrations, or transformation programs.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience managing large scale technical projects in international environments.
• Knowledge of SAP Basis, infrastructure, security, integrations, development, testing, and data migration.
• Experience with project governance, risk management, and delivery management.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to bridge technical and business requirements.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
