Job summary

Frencken Group is seeking a Senior IT Project & Team Lead to drive strategic IT and digital transformation initiatives across Europe, while leading and developing the European IT team.

The role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders and the Global IT organization to ensure successful project execution, governance, and continuous improvement aligned with Frencken's digital ambitions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Information Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project management, IT leadership, or a similar role.
• Experience leading teams and delivering complex IT projects.
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills.
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, and business processes.
• Experience in a high-tech manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Strong communication, organizational, and change management skills.

As Senior IT Project & Team Lead, you combine project leadership with people management. You are responsible for delivering strategic IT and digital transformation projects while leading and developing the European IT team.

Working closely with business stakeholders and the Global IT organization, you ensure successful project execution, drive continuous improvement, and support the organization's digital ambitions.
