Job summary

Sharp Brains Solutions is seeking an Senior IT Project Manager to lead large-scale IT service delivery and infrastructure projects in the Netherlands. You will ensure scope, budget, and timelines are met while coordinating vendors, depot operations, and cross-functional teams.

As a senior PMO leader, you will mentor junior project managers and drive governance, risk management, and project planning practices across initiatives, including pre-sales activities and executive reporting.

Qualifications

• 10–12+ years of IT project management experience.
• Experience with infrastructure deployments, professional services, logistics, asset management, and device lifecycle programs.
• International customer and vendor management experience.
• Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and customer-facing skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Project experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience creating SOWs, change orders, and executive presentations.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex IT deployment and service delivery projects from initiation through completion.
• Develop project charters, schedules, budgets, resource plans, risk registers, and status reports.
• Serve as the primary customer and stakeholder contact.
• Manage scope, budget, timelines, risks, and deliverables.
• Coordinate engineering, depot, logistics, and third-party teams.
• Oversee hardware deployment, staging, imaging, logistics, warehouse, and lifecycle services.
• Mentor junior project managers and coordinators.
• Drive PMO process improvements and governance.
• Support pre-sales activities with project planning and implementation strategies.
• Manage CAPEX/OPEX budgets and executive communications.
