Job summary

Deloitte Netherlands is seeking a (Junior) Manager to lead and inspire an audit team, delivering high-quality audits for diverse clients in the Netherlands. You will guide the audit strategy, coordinate reporting, and act as a trusted advisor throughout engagement lifecycles.

The role requires completing RA training, 4–6 years of relevant accounting experience, and fluency in Dutch and English, with a strong client-facing mindset and leadership abilities.

Qualifications

• Completed or currently completing RA (Chartered Accountant) training.
• At least 4–6 years of relevant work experience as an Accountant.
• Excellent command of written and spoken Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the service delivery plan for clients with Partners and Managers.
• Identify key problem areas and risks; provide actionable advice.
• Take responsibility for a significant part of the audit strategy.
• Coordinate and input for internal and external client reporting.
• Audit complex items in consolidated financial statements.
• Review consolidated financial statements for statutory compliance.
