Job summary

Finom is an AI-native, mobile-first fintech platform serving hundreds of thousands of European entrepreneurs. We are seeking a Senior Mobile (iOS) Engineer who cares about the why behind features, ships with impact, and thrives in a cross-functional team spanning Backend, Mobile, ML/AI, QA, Design, and Product.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial iOS development with Swift.
• OOP, SOLID, design patterns knowledge.
• VIPER architecture and Coordinator navigation experience.
• UIKit proficient; SwiftUI experience or willingness to grow.
• Layout development with code (SnapKit or similar).
• Unit and UI testing experience.
• Git/GitLab with CI/CD experience.
• Agentic development tools usage daily (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot).

Responsibilities

• Design and build new features for our iOS application used by European business owners.
• Own outcomes, analyze impact, and address customer issues proactively.
• Build polished UIs with UIKit and SwiftUI with attention to detail for financial apps.
• Drive technical decisions within your domain and communicate constraints clearly.
• Raise the bar on testing, reviews, and security in a fintech context.
• Mentor teammates and contribute to CI/CD pipelines and tooling.
