Job summary

Finom is seeking a Senior Android Engineer or Tech Lead to shape the product features for European business users. You will own end-to-end mobile development and partner with Backend, QA, Design, and Product to deliver impactful solutions.

You will apply Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, and modern architectural patterns while mentoring peers and driving architectural decisions. The role supports a Europe-wide remote/hybrid work model with stock options and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

5+ years of commercial Android development using Kotlin.
Strong knowledge of OOP, SOLID, and Clean Architecture.
Proven experience with modern Android architectures (MVVM/MVI/MVP).
Hands-on with core stack: RxJava, Kotlin Coroutines, Flow, Retrofit, Dagger/Hilt/Koin, Jetpack Compose.
Experience with CI/CD and GitLab workflows.

Responsibilities

Design and build new features for the Android app used by European business owners.
Architect and implement reliable, intuitive solutions for multi-account cash flow, banking transactions, and card issuance.
Build polished UIs with Jetpack Compose and ensure performance and stability through testing and reviews.
Collaborate with Backend, QA, Design, and Product to shape end-to-end solutions.
Drive technical decisions within your domain and contribute to CI/CD tooling.
